Ingredients :
- Dosa rice 1 cup
- Urdal 1/2 cup
- Toor Dal 1tbsp
- Chana Dal 2tsp
- Methi Seeds 1tsp
- Thin Phova 1 tbsp.
- Sooji / Semolina 3 tsp.
- Salt to taste.
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Oil for making dosa's.
Method :
- Soak all ingredients except phova & sooji for 4 to 5 hours.
- Grind it along with Phoa ( soaked for 2 mins) into smooth batter.
- Add salt & ferment it overnite.
- Next day add sugar & 3 tsp of sooji mix it well.
- Heat dosa tawa, pour ladel ful of batter & rotate it in circular motion, add oil to the sides of dosa n roast it both sides.
Serve hot with chutney, potato sabzi or any other dip of your choice.
