Ingredients :
- Palak - tender ones - 1 fistful
- Grated coconut - 4 to 5 tbsp
- Green chillies 2 to 3
- Fresh thick curds - 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste.
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Jeera 1/2 tsp.
For seasoning :
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Jeera 1/2 tsp
- Broken red chillies -1
- Split black gram 1/4 tsp.
Method :
- In tsp of ghee just splutter jeera, once it splutters add chopped palak n fry it till it shrinks.
- Allow it to cool.
- Now grind fried items along with grated coconut, green chillies n curds into smooth paste.
- Adjust the consistency you prefer.
- Add salt n season it with seasoning items.
Relish with hot rice n papad !!!
