Ingredients
- Whole wheat 1 cup
- Grated coconut 2 fistful
- Jaggery 2 small pieces or depending upon your taste.
- Green chilli -1
- Salt to taste.
- Oil for making dosa.
Method :
- Wash whole wheat and grind it along with all other ingredients into thick batter.
- Add salt & mix it well.
- Heat tawa pour batter & spread it lil thick, add oil to the sides & roast it both sides.
Enjoy with Ghee or butter!!!
Note : No need to ferment batter.
